Citizens of Alkebulan Festival

Alkebulan is on a mission to change the perception of Africa and its citizens. They use music, art, fashion and culture to succeed in their mission: these four elements have been translated into a book, several booming events and the yearly big gig: a festival at Tolhuistuin in Amsterdam.

The festival goes beyond any other and truly is one of a kind. The movement represents what unites us all: diversity, individuality, colour, pride, respect and everything in between. The blank is open for your own interpretation. With everything that unites us, we can stretch Alkebulan’s vision and rise above the voices of doubt and division.
